John was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After attending the University of New Mexico, John attended law school at the University of Tulsa School of Law. Thereafter, John went on to receive an LL.M. (masters of law) in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law. John has since held numerous legal positions, including Assistant District Attorney for Santa Fe, Los Alamos, and Rio Arriba Counties; New Mexico State Senator for District 10; General Legal Counsel for Middle Rio Grand Conservancy District; Lobbyist for New Mexico Retiree Health Care Authority; Contract Attorney for New Mexico Risk Management Division; General Legal Counsel for New Mexico Retiree Health Care Authority; and founder of Budagher & Associates. John is admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico, the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the United States Tax Court. Additionally, John is a court appointed mediator. He lives in Corrales with his wife, Sandi, and has three adult children, John III, Joseph, and Rachael. John is fluent in English and Spanish.

Guy has been practicing law in New Mexico for over 21 years. He graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor's Degree in History before earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2000. While at the University of New Mexico School of Law he was an honor student and member of the business law society. Guy also attended a semester at the University of Guanajuato School of Law in Guanajuato, Mexico as well as serving as an extern with the Honorable C. Leroy Hansen at the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico. His practice has included a wide range of civil law matters with an emphasis on probate, wills & trusts, real estate and business matters. Guy has represented clients in both state and federal courts as well as at administrative hearings before the Public Regulation Commission and the New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department. Guy is married and the father of young twins. Although not born in New Mexico he considers it his home and could not imagine living anywhere else. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast enjoying hiking, skiing and riding his bicycle.

Sandi was born in Syracuse, New York, and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She began working with Budagher & Associates in 1991. In addition to being a certified paralegal for over twenty years, she has been a licensed realtor since 1990. Sandi is highly involved in the community and has held several positions throughout New Mexico, including Ward Chairman for North Valley, twelve years as Legislative Liaison & Board Member of People Living Through Cancer, two years as a Cub Scouts leader, and eleven years as a Girl Scouts leader. Sandi lives in Corrales with her husband, John, and has three adult children, John III, Joseph, and Rachael.

John was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and is a second-generation attorney at Budagher & Tann | Attorneys at Law. He received a degree in Mathematics from the University of New Mexico, his Juris Doctor from Thomas. M. Cooley Law School in Michigan, and an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Alabama. He was admitted to the New Mexico State Bar in 2012. Before law school, John worked in the family firm as a legal assistant. During law school, he clerked for Grand Rapids Family Law Clinic, where he advised and represented low-income clients on their family law matters. He also spent nine months abroad studying International Law in Australia; New Zealand; Canada; and Italy, where he met and studied under U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts. He specializes in taxation and has experience handling contract disputes, business formation, estate planning, and elder law.
